Dear driver of DART bus #4676:
Every weekday around 7:50 you make a right turn on the yellow light off of Main Street and block all four lanes of traffic on Cesar Chavez. The cars at the Elm Street light are already in place, so there is nowhere for you to go. It causes a traffic jam every morning without fail.
This time, I had my camera ready knowing you would not disappoint. Note the green traffic light through which us northbound drivers should be driving.

it seems like they reset the lights at the intersection during the superbowl. traffic is a lot more stacked up than it used to be and I see no apparent reason. I don't know that he has a lot of options due to the stackup. I don't ever go the other way (off the freeway down Elm) so maybe they fixed that.
Anyway, keep up the good work.
